**Job Overview**:
As the Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our services and brand. Your role will also include managing our social media presence across platforms to increase engagement, grow our audience, and drive leads and conversions.

**Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing**
- Develop and manage monthly marketing calendars and content strategies
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote services, events, and promotions
- Monitor website performance and coordinate updates with web developers

**Social Media**
- Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
- Create engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, stories, captions)
- Schedule and publish posts consistently across all platforms
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community
- Track and report on social media metrics, using insights to improve future content

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative content, campaigns, or account growth strategies
- Proficient in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Go High Level, and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid ads, and social media algorithms
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Self-starter with creativity, strong attention to detail, and a passion for fitness or wellness (a plus)

**How to Apply**:
Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
