**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data management, and collaboration with team members.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while providing outstanding customer service.
- Assist in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to databases.
- Support administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
- Assist with various clerical duties as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Experience handling phone systems and managing multiple lines is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail is essential for maintaining accurate records and files.
