**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Handling inbound and outbound phone calls
- Data entry
- Scheduling appointments
- Interpersonal communications (in-person, telephone, electronic mail)
- Process payments
- Provide assistance to the rest of the admin team or appraisers as needed

**Skills**
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual - English and French (spoken and written)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Technology Competent with experience with Microsoft Office is a must. (Experience with Salesforce would be considered an asset)
- Ability to work responsibly with confidential information

This is a Monday-Friday position from 8:30am-5pm.

Pay: $16.50-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
