We are seeking a detail oriented and enthusiastic individual who In addition to supporting the day-to-day operations of our Moncton office,will compliment our Deal team; a team committed to supporting Real Estate Professionals by maintaining transaction files, processing commission payments and much more. As a Compliance Coordinator, you will be a vital member of the organization, responsible for reviewing brokerage files for compliance with requirements outlined by the regulating bodies in New Brunswick and ensuring completeness and accuracy of information and documents within. As a key member of our Moncton office, you will support internal and external customers by completing clerical and administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Review real estate transaction files
- Organize and file compliance corrections electronically
- Maintain records pertaining to incomplete transactions
- Greeting all clients and visitors in the office
- Assist clients, agents and partners with various tasks
- Create and analyze reports
- Maintain office supplies and order more supplies as needed
- Accept and create deposits
- Provide support for other team members
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Ensure duty schedule is up to date monthly
- Other duties as assigned

Education/ Experience
- High School Diploma required
- Previous customer service considered an asset
- Previous experience in a real estate environment not required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $37,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
