Ground Floor Property Management is currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of Office Administrator.

This is a full-time position with a growth-oriented company in the fast-paced work environment of property management (residential and commercial properties). Backed by our entrepreneurial spirit, passion, and commitment to great customer service and satisfaction, we have acquired a large portfolio of apartments being a leading provider of multifamily housing with apartment units located throughout Moncton, Dieppe, and Riverview.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing all aspects of tenant collections, evictions, late rents, and security deposits
2. Manage and review financial statements of multiple tenants

3. Perform administrative duties such as filing, arrears, tenant correspondence, rental increase letters, etc.

4. Assist in answering phone calls
5. Correspond with The Office of the Rentalsman/Forms
6. Troubleshooting Tenant property and tenant issues
7. Letter writing
8. Meeting deadlines
9. Manage tenant turnover policies
10. Other related duties

Qualifications:
1. Minimum 1-3 years of related experience required
2. Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels of the organization and with
external partners
3. Fluently bilingual
4. Possess strong organizational and time management skills
5. Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills
6. Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
7. Strong computer skills in both Microsoft Office and Excel

8. Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy

9. Being proactive
10. Attention to detail
11. Creative thinker

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
