Administrative Assistant

_**Position Summary**:_
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Manage all client appointments and client interactions with the clinic
- Process all financial transactions relating to new and existing clients
- Coordinate work flow of medical estheticians in consultation with Clinic Director
- Review client treatment charts for completeness
- Ensure the clinic and all treatment rooms are neat and orderly
- Inventory management and reordering of all products
- Coordinate all social media promotion activities, marketing events and trade shows prospects follow up
- Maintain knowledge base of treatment protocols and product knowledge
**Required Qualifications and Skills**:
- Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint at the intermediate level and strong computer aptitude
- Post-secondary education
- Solid understanding of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media forums
- A naturally endearing and empathetic writing style and telephone etiquette
- Well spoken and written English language skills
- Well-groomed professional appearance appropriate for a spa-like environment
**Salary**: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- North York, ON M2M 4J1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- DCS / DEC (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 3 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- Korean (preferred)
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (preferred)
