- Monthly Reconciliations
- Bill/Invoice/Payment Entries
- Respond to any current tenant issues which may arise and maintain professional tenant relations
- Prepare & Execute Lease Agreement Packages
- Create and distribute various notices, legal notices & letters for specific issues
- Schedule and coordinate unit viewings
- Maintain repair logs
- Prepare invoices for payment
