Provide administrative support to the manager, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making event & client arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Accounts receivable and account payable tasks such as invoicing clients and processing payments, COD & credit cards processing, reconciling accounts.
- Utilize software such as Quickbook accounting software to maintain accurate financial records, mailchimp communications, Microsoft suite: Excel, Power Point, Word
- Perform account reconciliation and analysis to ensure accuracy
- Run bank reconciliation and preparing for audit activities under the direction of the department Manager
- Maintain filing systems and organize documents
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with special projects as assigned

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper and Receptionist or similar role within an accounting and customer service background
- Proficiency in using Quickbook accounting software
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable & payables processes and procedures
- Familiarity with account reconciliation and analysis techniques
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
