If you are wanting to start in insurance, or a seasoned veteran looking for an opportunity to scale earnings by managing your own territory and a team of reps, we can help.
In an industry that is over 125 years old our client has 20 locations in Western Canada and is focused on more acquisition and expansion. Essentially direct to client offices they would like to add a full life insurance and final expense sales division. We need you to grow and manage outside sales teams for each territory. The potential you can build is up to your ability and imagination.
**Responsibilities**
- At this stage you must reside in British Columbia -Vancouver/Fraser Valley or the Interior of BC
- Leadership in sales and staff recruitment growth
- Supporting and motivating others for success
- Public speaking and networking skills are key
- A willingness to expand and take on territories
- We will help fill your team through in house recruitment
- Boardroom space throughout Western Canada for you to recruit, train and support your team
You will work remotely but in touch with the president of sales twice a week and provide simple weekly reporting. Monthly zoom and or in person meetings will be once a month. You will not be micro managed but recruitment and sales results are key.
**Experience**
- Experience in Life insurance and or final expense insurance would be an asset
- Experience recruiting and interviewing would be an asset
- Strong written skills and understanding of MSWord and Excel
- Ability to plan and organize sales presentations, meetings and marketing strategies
- Ability to work some evenings and weekend as required by your staff and client demands
You will earn strong up front earnings, overrides on the team you build and a passive yearly income on your book of business. We are looking for team builders to recruit no less than 20 new agents a year.
**Job Type**: Freelance
Pay: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
