**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in vehicle selection.
- Demonstrate vehicles and explain features, benefits, and financing options effectively.
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing the sale, ensuring a smooth process for customers.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dealership inventory and market trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to achieve dealership goals and targets.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the buying process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Experience in sales management or familiarity with dealership operations is advantageous.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a broader customer base.

Pay: $45,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
