- Providing exceptional member and guest experience, ensuring facility cleanliness, and achieving sales targets.

**Heres what youll be doing**:

- Greeting all members & guests with a smile
- Assist with membership and retail product sales
- Promote membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, small group training and childcare
- Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
- Answers phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner
- Facilitates all member requests or forwards to a manager
- Maintains a professional and courteous disposition
- Knows club facility, services, and schedules
- Maintains a clean and organized work area
- Performs opening and closing duties

**Your skills, education, and experience**:

- Business experience in a service-oriented environment is desirable
- On the job training is provided
- CPR/AED certified or can complete within 30 days from hire

**Physical Demands**:
This is a physical role requiring the employee to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may require standing or bending for prolonged work hours.
