- Process invoices and assembling the appropriate backup documentation for review
- Review and manage of customer accounts
- Basic account receivable and payable

- Performs other duties as required
**Qualifications**:
- College or University degree in business, accounting, or a related field
- Be accurate and reliable in handling accounts and documents
- Advanced MS office skills
- SAGE 50 experience an asset
- Excellent written or verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vaughan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
