**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and people-oriented individual to join our team in a role that focuses on building and managing positive relationships. The role of the Program Administrator entails overseeing the daily operations of the Dexter Institute Private Career College, while also assisting in the implementation of leadership initiative across the Municipal Group of Companies. The Program Administrator is a key contributor to the effectiveness of our programs, employing excellent organizational and decision-making abilities, along with proficient people management skills.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
The Program Administrator is responsible for coordinating all activities leading up to program kickoff, as well as ensuring the successful delivery of programs. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Acting as the main point of contact for participants
- Assisting instructors in ensuring they have all necessary resources for effective course delivery
- Regularly communicating with the Program Manager to proactively address any potential issues
- Serving as the primary contact for multiple online platforms used for record keeping purposes
- Lead community outreach initiatives for recruitment and awareness purposes
- Performing any additional duties as required.

**Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience**:

- Experience working with a diverse group of individuals
- Quick learner and adaptable to changing environments
- High level of interpersonal relations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient with MS Office
- Experience as an administrator or coordinator would be considered an asset but not required
- Experience in an educational setting would be considered an asset but not required
