**About the Role**:
This is a new and exciting opportunity as we continue to grow our organization. The Business Administrator will provide administrative support with ongoing projects across all business lines within igilty and will be vital support to the success of initiatives. This position requires organization, a collaborative mindset with strong communication skills, with the ability to multitask and jump in when needed.
**The Business Administrator will help with**:
- Assist with generating reports, quotes and PO’s.
- Match and approve invoices from suppliers. - Assist with the planning, implementation, and administrative support of key projects.
- Engage with key stakeholders and program participants to support project plans and key initiatives both internally and externally.
- Data Entry as needed.
- Maintaining SharePoint sites and internal information repositories.
- Ability to adapt to other duties and projects as assigned. What we are looking for:

- Experience with CRM is considered a strong asset
**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in business and or related experience.
- 3+ years’ experience in an administrative role.
- 3+ years of strong customer service skills.
- Tech savvy and stellar troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite (including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Effective multitasker, with experience in managing multiple initiatives/activities simultaneously and the ability to prioritize based on customer and operational need.
