- Act as a point of contact (level 2 and +) for end users regarding issues and requests for evolution
- Manage alerts for resolution and escalate issues
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems as directed
- Prioritize and manage multiple issues at once
- Liaise with infrastructure and development teams
- Ensure traceability of problems and their resolution
- Maintain the repository of production alerts by category and report repeated issues in a timely manner

You will intervene in various technical environments:

- SQL and databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Sybase)
- Development language: Java, C#/.Net, C++, Python, Shell/Bash
- Windows/Unix environments
- On-Premise and Cloud architectures (Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google GCP), integration by WebServices and APIs (REST)
- Agile development methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Service Now, Github / Gitlab)
- ITIL process.
- Location: Montreal. Teleworking conditions according to each client
- 40h/week
- 2 years+ of experience in Application support
- Curious, good analytical, synthesis and organizational skills
- Advanced technical skills on SQL and Unix
- Excellent oral communication and adaptability
- Advanced level of English required
