As an Equity Application Support Analyst in the Electronic Trading team at National Bank, you’ll be a specialist in various related IT/Trading activities.

The position will be located in Toronto or Montreal depending on your location. If it’s in Montreal, the knowledge of French is mandatory.

**Your job**
- Oversee multiple client-facing trading systems in production, providing day-to-day support for all system components
- Work closely with all internal and external stakeholders to support and deliver new features and address requests
- Achieve business goals by analyzing and understanding clients’ needs and ensure continuous delivery based on agile methodologies
- Carry out many production changes on your own after successfully testing them from A-Z
- Ensure our documentation and ticketing systems are up to date
- Identify potential risk areas and come up with solutions to mitigate any future risks
- Participate in yearly DR activities with clients and vendors on scheduled weekends
- Be responsible for post-trade activities such as drop copies, end-of-day files, CAT reporting, etc.

As part of the Electronic Trading sector, you’ll be in a team of 5 colleagues, and you’ll report to the Senior Manager. **Prerequisites**
- A college or bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, business administration or a related field
- Working knowledge/Experience with Trading Systems (Fidessa, Bloomberg, EMS/OMS, SOR’s
- Experience with FIX protocol, Linux, Python, AWS, Cloud computing are assets
- FIX certification and CSC certification, an asset
- Knowledge of any programming language (PowerShell, Python), an asset
- Available for travel on occasions and the ability to work the occasional weekend.
