**Position Summary**
We are looking for a Business Applications Analyst based at our Montreal office reporting into the IS Manager. This individual will ensure that the corporate ERP system (currently Nessoft) delivers the appropriate functionality to support the Nespresso Canada business operations while ensuring an appropriate level of internal control and compliance.

**A day in the life of a Business Applications Analyst**:
Nessoft Support:

- Support the maintenance of user access rights in ERP in accordance with the roles defined by HQ (adding new access, maintaining, and removing access in timely way).
- Support the improvement and implementation of local robust internal procedures and processes for managing access rights (business roles and access right management).
- Responsible for configuring the ERP to activate machines and capsules promotions in different channels (boutiques, eCom, CRC, Trade)
- Responsible for configuring the ERP to reflect the retail development in the market (addition of new boutiques, popup moves)
- Contribute to the set-up of ERP to ensure that commercial, marketing, and operational activities are supported.
- Coordinate the market acceptance testing (MAT) of new versions of EMT prior to implementation.
- Support and assist end users to effectively leverage ERP to achieve our business goals while respecting a framework of internal controls.
- Benchmark with other markets and HQ to understand if ERP functionality is being fully exploited and leveraged by business - contribute to identify opportunities for further improvements.
- Support the measurement and tracking of performance KPIs to ensure that service levels to business are achieved.

Security / Audit / Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to established IT Policy and Procedures, including, but not limited to User Lifecycle Management (On/Off-boarding, Role Assignments and Changes) and Segregation of Duties.
- Contribute to annual IT Audits performed by external auditors and to Nestlé General Audits by providing reports and evidence and taking appropriate actions according to auditor reports.

Other tasks:

- Contribute to the protection of sensitive and confidential data by verification of content and awareness to folder owners.
- Technical Documentation: Create how-to guides, and other technical documentation.
- Coordinate the development and maintenance of Webforms for IS/IT service requests.

**What will make you successful?**
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer sciences or Business-related area. (preferred)
- Minimum of 3-5 years IS/IT experience in IS support and customer care roles
- 3+ years of prior IS/IT system analyst experience or 3+ years of working knowledge of line of business functions such as retail or marketing that requires involvement and understanding of business activities. (required)
- Proven experience with problem solving and troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques. (required)
- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills. (required)
- Effective at understanding problematic and complex situations (analytical thinking) (required)
- Detail oriented and able to incorporate critical and logical thinking in everyday tasks. (required)
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
- Highly self-motivated and directed. (required)
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. (required)
- Very strong customer service orientation. (required)
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. (required)
- Able to develop and interpret documentation for training and end user procedures. (preferred)
