**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review work requests, schedule assessments, and gather information for estimates.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, submit quote requests, and order materials or tools as needed.
- Develop and manage schedules for crews, subcontractors, and homeowners.
- Invoice homeowners, collect payments, and ensure accurate expense and timecard allocations.
- Communicate regularly with homeowners, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor work quality and customer satisfaction.
- Propose and implement strategies to improve efficiency and maintain cost control.
- Track and manage project scope changes, including submitting and monitoring change orders.
- Complete end-of-project reviews to assess performance against KPIs.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum two years of coordinating or related experience
- Experience in general handyman tasks (painting, caulking, drywall repair, etc.) and renovations
- Experience in job estimation, particularly for carpentry or maintenance work is an asset
- Proficient in English
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
