**Overview**:
As an Estimator/Pre-Construction Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of our pre-construction activities. You will be responsible for preparing and updating accurate cost estimates for new projects, coordinating the pre-construction process, and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of pre-construction activities on all of Keltic Developments projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the main point of contact between Keltic Development and external contractors estimating departments.
- Prepare and regularly update detailed cost estimates for new construction projects, including materials, labor, and other costs
- Collaborate with the development and construction teams to review project plans and specifications and provide input on cost-saving measures and value engineering
- Manage the pre-construction process, including creating schedules for preconstruction activities for each project and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including consultants, contractors and other Keltic departments
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and schedules - Provide regular updates to management on project status, cost forecasts, and potential risks
- Prepare and present project pre-construction plans to the construction team at estimate turnover meetings
- Support the construction team to evaluate change orders during construction
- Coordinate the activities of the pre-construction department
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in residential construction estimating and pre-construction activities
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage activities in multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction estimating software

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
