**Job Summary**
Maffad Concrete is a dynamic and growing company known for delivering high-quality concrete and stucco solutions across residential and commercial projects. We are committed to professionalism, precision, and building long-term relationships with clients and partners. We’re currently looking to expand our team with a dedicated **Estimator / Project Coordinator** who has experience in **stucco pricing and project support**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates for stucco / EIFS scopes of work
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and related documents to understand scope and requirements.
- Coordinate with general contractors (GCs), subcontractors, and suppliers for quotes and clarifications
- Follow up on submitted quotes to ensure timely responses and updates
- Support in the preparation and issuance of purchase orders
- Assist in organizing site mobilization, including scheduling of crews, materials, and equipment
- Work closely with project managers to monitor project progress and support day-to-day coordination
- Help track and manage change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation
- Maintain current cost databases and ensure up-to-date pricing and supplier contacts
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Ensure all project tasks are completed in compliance with quality, safety, and scheduling standards

**Skills**
- Proficiency in Bluebeam or Planswift for document markup and collaboration.
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate with vendors and subcontractors.
- Solid understanding of construction estimating principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate teamwork and client interactions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
