**Essential Job Functions**
- Edits, formats, maintains, updates, and distributes training materials and resources.
- Assists with the development and maintenance of training programs on SARC’s online learning platform.
- Assists with administrative/tracking responsibilities for all SARC education, training, and events, which include but are not limited to, making hotel bookings, preparing documentation and packages, registering attendees and providing confirmation, set-up, performing mailouts and faxing, handling required printing of materials, license issuing, and database tracking, etc.
- Assists users with troubleshooting related to online training programs.
- Acts as part of SARC’s Conference Coordination Team, assisting with logistics, research, presenters, sponsors, exhibitors, etc.
- Maintains various tracking spreadsheets and databases.
- Attends online and in-person training and workshops as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Position Requirements**
- Relevant post-secondary certificate/diploma and a minimum of two years of experience in office administration, event management, and/or training coordination.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as effective organizational and administrative skills, are essential.
- Attention to detail is crucial; formatting and editing skills are an asset.
- Experience with developing and maintaining programs in an online learning platform is considered an asset.
- Demonstrates proficiency using Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience using Adobe products including Premiere Pro, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat DC would be considered an asset
- Demonstrates proficiency facilitating meetings via video conferencing software (Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
- Exhibit a strong degree of professionalism, while remaining highly personable and approachable in the company of people of all abilities, cultures, and backgrounds
- Exhibits high ethical conduct; acting with integrity, sensitivity, and confidentiality
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Must provide a satisfactory criminal record check as a condition of employment.

**Working Conditions**
- Works in an office environment.
- Occasional travel is expected within the province.
