**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients in a professional manner.
- Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, and data entry to maintain organized records.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing incoming calls.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to ensure the efficiency of the office.
- Assist with inside sales of our complete line of maintenance free deck products, as you will be the first point of contact. Training will be provided.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Experience with CRM, Customer Relations Management, software is an asset.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 2 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
