This position supports, and contributes to, processes and practices to support the efficient operation of the Executive Director, Continuing Care Urban's portfolio, through accurate, timely and efficient execution of administrative support functions. The incumbent co-ordinates workflow with other administrative support staff in the Executive Office and at the Executive Director level and, in their absence, may provide support services as requested. **Human Resources Exemption**:No **Experience** - "3-5 years of experience working in a senior administrative assistant-type role " **Education** - Completion of Grade 12 supplemented by a recognized business course **Other Education and Training** - Equivalent combination of education and experience **Competencies** - Advanced - Collaborative skills - Advanced - Communication skills - Advanced - Organizational skills - Advanced - Planning skills - Advanced - Decision making skills **Knowledge and Abilities** - Knowledge in minute taking - Commitment to quality, safety, and improvement striving towards zero harm - Ability to recognize and maintain confidential information - Ability to work collegially, collaboratively and build positive relationships - Superior interpersonal, communication and writing skills - Ability to be self-directed, creative, collaborative and to have sound judgement - Ability to adapt to changing conditions - Excellent proficiency in editing material for clarity, accuracy and conciseness - Commitment to a diverse, representative workforce and cultural safety - Advance computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Access). **Other Information** The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is the largest employer in Saskatchewan, employing more than 45,000 staff in a dynamic healthcare environment.
