**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about the hotel and its services.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and up-to-date.
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately while adhering to hotel policies.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation services.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including managing guest accounts and billing inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele.
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding guest services.
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required in the hospitality industry.
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to teamwork are essential for success in this role.
