**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and relay messages
- Verify patient information and update electronic medical records accurately using Jane and other EMR systems
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including collecting payments and insurance information
- Schedule appointments efficiently while managing the clinic’s calendar
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, and maintaining patient records
- Coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth workflow throughout the day
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a professional environment

**Skills**
- Experience with Physio office software such as Jane and Practice perfect is preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to Physio and medical offices
- Proven experience as a Physio receptionist or in a similar front desk role within a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and office management systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous office experience demonstrating administrative competence in fast-paced environments

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
