Duties:

- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate services
- Perform hair styling, cutting, coloring, and other salon services as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and greeting clients
- enhance the client experience
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming salon environment

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Front desk experience in a salon or similar setting is preferred
- Strong upselling skills to promote salon products and services
- Retail sales experience is a plus
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques and trends
- Outstanding customer service skills

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

- Weekends as needed
