**Duties**:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors and answering phone calls in a professional and friendly manner;
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently;
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents;
- Proofread documents for errors and ensure accuracy of information;
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed;
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary;
- Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients and visitors;
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail;
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems;
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of documents;
- Typing skills with a good typing speed;
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication;
- Experience as a dental receptionist or clerk is a plus;
- Ability to maintain an organized workspace and manage time effectively.

Pay: $20.25-$21.81 per hour
