We are looking for an **Office Administrator** to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. Office Administrator duties and responsibilities include **scheduling bookings for moves and appointments, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors, and providing general information to potential customers. **Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Office Administrator would be an advantage. A successful Office Administrator should have experience with a variety of office software, such as **Sage 50 Accounting**, **Microsoft Office**, and be able to accurately handle administrative duties. Ultimately, the Office Administrator should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.

**Responsibilities**
- Government remittances, such as WSIB, HST, and Payroll
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable data entry
- Competent in Sage 50 Accounting
- Ability to work independently, and highly organized
- Provide bookkeeping and record management
- Strong communication skills
- Petty cash transactions, bank deposits
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Provide general support to visitors
- Fast paced environment, with constant attention allocating manpower and trucks to certain jobs.

**Skills**
- Experience as an Office manager/administrator, Front office manager or Administrative assistant
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
