We are looking to add an Administrative assistant to our growing team at our Windermere location. We are only looking for long term permanent employees.

**Responsibilities of a Administrative Assistant would include**:

- answering phone calls
- booking patients
- taking payments
- billing
- Dealing with third party insurance companies
- filing
- sending and receiving patient reports
- scanning documents
- keeping a tidy front desk workplace area

Hours would be Monday-Friday and flexibility between AM/ PM shifts is an asset. Entry level wages start at $15.50-17.00/hr depending on position and experience with room for advancement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.50-$17.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
