**Job Title**:Administrative Assistant

**Department**:Executive Office and Corporate Services

**Location**: Edmonton, AB (YEG)

**Work Arrangement**:The Administrative Assistant will be located at head office located at the Edmonton International Airport. Office hours are Monday to Friday, but hours will vary based on the needs of the Executive Office. The Administrative Assistant should be comfortable attending to duties and requests after-hours and on the weekend as required.

**Position Overview**:
The **Administrative Assistant **will be responsible for a range of administrative duties as described here.

The **Administrative Assistant **must be comfortable managing multiple shifting priorities and dealing with emergent requests that are often time sensitive. and will be accountable for the following duties:

- Prepare and review various company documents and correspondence;
- Identify and oversee the administration of tasks, projects and reports that are to be submitted to the Executive Office;
- Manage and organize all Executive Office documents and filing;
- Record, prepare and distribute minutes
- Arrange and participate in corporate/special events throughout the year;
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality when dealing with Executive Office communications and documents;
- Maintain a professional presence at the Head Office and provide other administrative support as required.
- Such other duties as assigned by the organization from time to time.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **
Education**:

- Completion of high school;
- Completion of an office administration or business administration training program is an asset;
- **
Experience**:

- At least 3 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant;
- Airline industry experience is an asset;
- **
Skills and Abilities**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with communication across various platforms.
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized to maintain workplace productivity and efficiency.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and readjust priorities when needed
- Ability to work extended and irregular hours;
