**Administrative Assistant**

Firma Contracting Inc. is a civil contractor that works on projects across western Canada. We are looking for a Administrative Assistant to support our project staff at our office in Edmonton.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative assistance to our project teams, human resources and safety.
- Assist with document control for active projects.
- Assist with booking orientations, D&A pre-screens, and other pre-access employment needs for new hires.
- Prepare audit reports from our HSE platform and verify compliance across all projects.
- Support the accounting department with invoice processing, expense tracking, and documentation.
- Assist with pulling insurance certificates, pulling WCB clearances and other documentation as needed for clients.
- Administer and track assets such as vehicles, fuel cards, etc.
- Assist with planning and executing team building events
- Other administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in office support, project administration or document control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Adept with online platforms / quick to learn and master software / apps
- Impeccable attention to detail and organization.
- Diligent and quick to respond and follow up.
- Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
