**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Under the direction of the Corporate Safety Manager, this position is responsible for providing front end administrative support with a primary focus on administrating the Safety program.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain sub-trade prequalification process and database
- Generate client specific reporting generated from database systems
- Montor client compliance sites and provide quarterly reports.
- Administer and maintain site safety documentation databases and binders
- Quality and completion review of field safety documents
- Maintain SDS program and binders.
- Maintain efficient stock of project safety bins.
- Support the Annual Pre-qualification process.
- Pull and distribute monthly client reports.
- Schedule internal and external safety training
- Use company software to update and maintain employee safety tracking, training records & certification.
- Administer and maintain incident tracking system and generate trending reports
- Participate in the Health and Safety Committee meetings and take meeting minutes
- Maintain safety awards points program
- Assist with annual COR Audits
- Review and file documentation for Manager Health, Safety Documentation and Safety Platform.
- Conduct Office inspection and hazard assessments.
- Order and administer safety supplies and PPE for field employees.
- Assist with WCB case Management.

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**:
**Education**:Health & Safety Administrator designation, safety administration experience is an asset.

**Experience**:2-5 years’ experience in an administrative role and/or corporate office environment.

**Travel**: Limited travel and own vehicle required.
