The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process while providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries.
- Manage reservations, updates, and special requests using the hotel’s property management system.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Address guest concerns promptly and communicate with relevant departments.
- Ensure front desk cleanliness and organization.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, computer proficiency, and multitasking abilities.
- **Experience**: Prior front desk/customer service experience preferred.
- **Availability**: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.

**Reports to**: Front Office Manager or General Manager

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Every Weekend

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calgary, AB T3B 0M4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Front Desk: 1 year (preferred)
