**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through phone systems and online platforms.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing cash transactions and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
**Skills**
- Strong background in hospitality with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Proficient phone etiquette skills to handle inquiries professionally.
- Familiarity with phone systems and reservation software is preferred.
- Experience in hotel operations is a plus but not required.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address guest needs promptly and effectively.
