**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Utilize QuickBooks for billing and invoicing tasks as needed.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Ensure that the front desk area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
- Handle administrative tasks related to both medical and dental office operations as required.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office efficiency and client satisfaction.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in clerical tasks including typing, filing, and data entry.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
