**Westcoast Moulding & Millwork** is based in Surrey, British Columbia and has been a premier source of retail and wholesale moulding and millwork for more than twenty years to satisfied clients throughout British Columbia, and internationally. We manufacture and distribute custom, stock and specialty moulding, millwork, stairs, railings, fittings, flooring and related components, as well as other interior and exterior finishing products. We provide design and DIY assistance for mouldings, floors and stairs, as well as CAD drawings and resource materials.

**About you**:

- Work collaboratively with members of your immediate department as well as team members across our organization.
- Eagerness to learn new skills.
- Ability to consistently follow-through on work assignments.
- Adapt to the nature of custom projects in a fast-paced work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collections - 200 /weekly
- AR reports
- Following up on discrepancies
- Reconcile daily fund receipts
- Various administration, bookkeeping, and accounting tasks
- Support for Accounts Payable
- Software: SILK (Accounting), Word, Excel, Outlook
- Quick learning with a good attitude
- Second language; ability to have a good relationship and get along with others of different ethnic backgrounds and personalities

**Qualifications**:

- High energy with good communication skills
- A great attitude driving a great aptitude

**Schedule**:

- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- 8 am to 4:30pm
