Super Save Group of Companies is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. This is an entry level position - we will provide all necessary training.

Duties and required attributes include:

  • Handling large volume of incoming customer calls.
  • Outbound collection calls.
  • Ability to problem solve and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Ability to calculate account adjustments.
  • Account reconciliations.
  • Process and balance customer credit card payments.
  • Identify problem accounts and escalate collection action.

To be successful in this role you must have previous office experience, an excellent telephone manner, sound mathematical skills, and a demonstrated ability to solve problems in a fast paced environment.

This is a Monday to Friday position, 8 am to 4:30 pm, starting wage $23.50/hr + a Bonus structure.

We offer medical and dental benefits upon hiring and pension plan options after 1 year.
