**Responsibilities**

The work of the Office Manager will be fast-paced, multi-faceted, engaging, challenging and rewarding. The primary responsibilities of the position include:

- Managing input of customer contracts
- Ensuring data accuracy through audits and quality assurance checks
- Assisting with routing and scheduling
- Delivering 5-star customer service with every customer interaction
- Developing and managing systems for office efficiencies
- Maintaining customer accounts
- Hiring and training office staff and building the culture of the office team
- Build positive relationships with peers, technicians, and sales professionals
- Completing software audits and reports, as assigned
- Following up with customers and check for overall account satisfaction
- Notating details on customer accounts
