**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks, including budgeting and expense tracking.
- Coordinate human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve office efficiency.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized documentation.
- Manage office supplies inventory and order necessary materials to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to facilitate communication within the office and with external partners.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management meetings.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and human resources practices is desirable.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining financial accuracy.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 26 - 35 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
