**What you’ll do**

Responsibilities may vary depending on the specific position assigned to but they may include:
**ETRM**:

- Provide technical support one or more ETRM Systems in the capacity of a Technical Analyst
- Maintaining and updating CMDB, technical and user training documentation
- Developing, updating, and improving Power BI reports and dashboards
- Updating and improving ETRM Share-point site

**End User Computing**:

- Assist with creating new reporting capabilities to help with team needs
- Create and update technical documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures, and maintain accurate records of equipment inventory and configurations
- Identify opportunities for improving end user computing processes and systems, and participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing IT services

**Infrastructure & Cloud Services**:

- Provide critical information to management regarding cloud and on-premise systems through report generation and dashboarding.
- Learn and contribute to Infrastructure as Code CI/CD pipelines.
- Learn and work within IT processes to deliver Enterprise level Infrastructure service.

**Production Control**:

- Enhance and create new Automation Opportunity. Collaborate with various teams for completion.
- Monitoring and Managing the Performance Analytics Dashboards and its related Jobs.
- Monitoring and Managing the Reporting Functionality in ServiceNow

**ServiceNow**:

- Perform Service now business analysis
- Perform software development on the ServiceNow platform
- Meet with users and perform IT Business Analysis including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, testing and documentation.

**Who you are**
- Available to begin work in **May 2026.**
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Solid analytical and Microsoft Suite skills, specifically Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal, judgement, and decision-making skills.

**Education**
- Must be enrolled in a Computer Science or Data Science at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work term OR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work term.
