Enter and manage records in Physical Objects and Content Server, ensuring consistent naming conventions.
- Identify and categorize inactive and official records for improved organization.
- Support and gain hands-on experience with Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) requests.
- Prepare large files for scanning to ensure efficient digitization.
- Create templates and documentation for Information Management (IM) Governance within the Operational Excellence Business Unit.
- Collaborate with the IM Strategist and gain hands-on experience with various Information Management projects.

**Qualifications**
- Enrolled in a first year diploma or degree program in Information and Records Management or a related program.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
- A valid Class 5 Driver's License (or provincial equivalent) and the use of a personal vehicle.
- Basic proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and OpenText Content Server are considered assets.
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to organize data either manually or digitally in a variety of structures.
- You are a demonstrated team player with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate and interact with others in the business unit/department.
- Ability to collect and analyze data and make recommendations.

**Pre-Employment Requirements**
- Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2025.
- If invited to an interview, you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or an enrollment verification letter (indicating the program and year you are currently completing).
