- Support and manage the filing of electronic records.
- Support with projects identified by Facilities, such as a repository and system for drawing based records.

**Qualifications**
- Enrolled in a diploma program in Information and Records Management.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- A valid Class 5 Driver's License (or provincial equivalent) and the use of a personal vehicle.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and a records management system/software would be an asset.
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to organize data manually or digitally in a variety of structure types.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.

**Pre-Employment Requirements**
- Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2025.
- If invited to an interview, you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or an enrollment verification letter (indicating the program and year you are currently completing).

Compensation: $28.88 per hour
Days of Work: This position works a 5 day
- work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
- Hours of work: Standard 35 hour work week
