Accommodations are available during the hiring process, upon request.- As an Information and Privacy Student Researcher, you will contribute to The City's Access to Information and Corporate Privacy section by supporting a variety of projects and initiatives. Primary duties include:

- Expand and enhance The City's Personal Information Bank repository by conducting a jurisdictional scan and collaborating with City partners to complete the project.
- Establish The City's Personal Information Registry and make it publicly available online on calgary.ca.
- Research and recommend a policy breach complaint intake and investigation process to support the implementation of The City's Protection of Privacy Administration Policy.

**Qualifications**
- Enrolled in a diploma or degree program in Public Administration, Political Science, or Public Policy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and OneDrive) is required.
- Experience with OpenText Content Server, Microsoft Dynamics, and Adobe Acrobat Pro will be considered an asset.

**Pre-Employment Requirements**
- Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2025.
- A security clearance will be conducted.
- If invited to an interview, you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or an enrollment verification letter (indicating the program and year you are currently completing).

- work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
