**About us**:
We are a successful, rapidly expanding locally owned and operated window covering company.

We sell and install custom made blinds, shutters, drapery and window film. Our client’s satisfaction is our goal, and we strive to ensure we provide excellent service from our consult to the final installation. We want to ensure our clients receive a positive and memorable experience with us.

**Your job will include**:

- Completing check measures, repairs and installation of new window coverings.
- Securely transporting, loading and unloading draperies, shutters and blinds, tools, etc.
- Installing and 'finishing' drapery (steaming, pinning, pleating, etc.)
- Working at heights on a ladder or scaffold
- Knowledge and experience with power tools
- Knowledge of and/or willingness to learn new skills regarding motorization and programming of blinds and drapery
- Organization of products and tools with strong attention to detail
- Professional, presentable appearance
- Has a G class Ontario driver's license in good standing
- Has own cellular phone/basic computer knowledge
- Manual dexterity, critical thinking and problem-solving skills are a must
- Great organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are necessary
- Experience with window coverings or a related field an asset
- Strong mathematical, measurement, fractions and spatial skills
- Enjoys interacting with multiple clients, being self-directed and enjoys physical labour
- Can think on their feet, be proactive, show initiative
- Is in good physical condition with no ailments that will prohibit or limit their ability to complete required tasks and ability to lift 50 lbs
- Is fluent in English and has excellent communication and demonstration skills
- Ability to listen and learn
- Calm, friendly and patient demeanor
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Treats each and every customer with the greatest care and professionalism
- Act as a liaison between the clients and the Office/Consultants to communicate any issues which may occur during installation and be proactive to suggest solutions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
We screen all clients ahead of each consultation appointment and prior to installation appointments.
We require masks of our staff and our clientele while we are in their home.
