**Skilled Helper Job Responsibilities**:

- Build walls and floor systems using various construction methods
- Install tile and waterproofing in shower and floor systems
- Fit and installs windows, doors, door hardware, interior and exterior trim.
- Shapes or cuts materials to specified measurements, using appropriate hand tools and power tools.
- Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- Builds or repairs cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures used in buildings, using woodworking machines, hand tools, or power tools.
- Assembles and fastens materials to make frameworks or props, using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue.
- Inspects ceiling or floor tile, wall coverings, siding, glass, or woodwork to detect broken or damaged structures.
- Cleans up worksite debris.

**Work Hours**

Typically 8am - (4-5pm)

Overtime occasionally available

**Skilled Helper Qualifications / Skills/Experience**:

- Experience in residential construction (drywall experience preffered)
- Great attention to detail, must take pride in jobs and must not be willing to sacrifice quality
- Self motivated worker, able to complete jobs in timely manner.
- Must be professional, honest and polite
- Must have valid drivers license

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
