Hourly Rate: $23 - $30 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM (1-hour break; 4 hours of work per day)

Position Type: Part-Time (with potential to transition to Full-Time)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Finance Administrator and Coordinator to join our team in Kingston, Ontario.

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a Finance Administrator and Coordinator to support our finance operations. This part-time role involves working closely with an outside accounting firm and our internal administrative support team to ensure the smooth coordination of financial activities. You will be responsible for bookkeeping, data entry, and managing financial transactions, including those in multiple currencies as we source products globally. This position is vital in ensuring timely and accurate financial data production, helping our accounting team maintain up-to-date reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and coordinate financial information between internal teams, external partners, and an outside accounting firm.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with the administrative support team to ensure timely and accurate production of financial data.
- Manage the issuance and tracking of purchase orders.
- Handle transactions and financial data in multiple currencies.
- Utilize Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Excel for various financial and administrative tasks.
- Use QuickBooks Online for financial management, requiring an intermediate or advanced understanding of the platform.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document management and communication.
- Utilize WhatsApp and other communication tools for effective collaboration with remote and local team members.
- Assist with additional finance-related tasks and projects as required.
- Ensure the accounting team has the necessary data to maintain timely financial reconciliations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a finance, bookkeeping, or administrative role.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Excel spreadsheets.
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of QuickBooks Online.
- Comfortable working with multiple currencies and international transactions.
- Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and other communication tools for effective team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both remote and local team members.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our office located at Unit 4, 699 Gardiners Road, Kingston, Ontario.
- The role is part-time with the potential to expand into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.

How to Apply:
