**Janitorial Supervisor, covering Belleville to Ottawa and Surrounding area**
Well-established janitorial company is looking to hire a full-time Janitorial supervisor to join our supervisorial team. Areas of service include Belleville, Kingston, Ottawa, Brockville, and surrounding areas.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Commercial cleaning experience required.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
- Professional, courteous, responsive, and team-oriented attitude required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage paid).
- Police check required. Must be able to pass security screening.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Replace staff instances of staff shortages, holidays, and illness.
- Perform floor maintenance, carpet cleaning and window cleaning tasks.
- Supervision and training at various locations in Eastern Ontario.
- Address and resolve cleaning related issues and emergencies promptly.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Handle administrative tasks such as record keeping and reporting.
- Other duties as assigned.
MILEAGE:
- Mileage compensated for work outside the home area.
- Drive time compensated for work outside of home area.
HOURS:
- Full-time position with a flexible schedule including day, afternoon, night and weekend shift.
**Salary**:
- $24 hour
- Health benefits available after 6 months of full-time employment.
- Mileage is compensated for work outside the home area at.42/km.
