Kingston Family Health Organization has an immediate opening for a temporary full time Clerical Scanner to cover a one year maternity leave.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Data Entry
- Catagorizing incoming reports
- Opening, sort and distributing mail

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum 1 year experience in a medical office environment (primary care experience preferred)
- Diploma in Medical Office Administration or from a Medical Office Assistant program (preferred)
- Medical Terminology Certificate (required)
- Experience using an Electronic Medical Records system would be an asset (this office uses Practice Solutions)
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft office and competent keyboarding skill

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
