**The Role**

The Builder Administrator is responsible for creating and maintaining the documentation related to all builder accounts. This person will liaise regularly with builders to ascertain appliance needs, initiate and track consignments and develop appropriate invoicing.

**What you will be doing**
- Confirm builder allowances for all appliance orders
- Ensure purchase orders are obtained
- Ensure verbal or written approval is obtained if PO’s are not used by builder
- Check and approve all builder invoices
- Document and confirm all orders
- Update and maintain builder job lists
- Ensure invoice accuracy for product information, customer information, etc.
- Match invoices against PO and verify billing for installation contractors
- Assist with the reconciliation of unpaid invoices when required
- Scheduling deliveries and installs
