Sales Administration Manager

Parkwood Homes is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sales Administration Manager to oversee and optimize sales processes and documentation. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, this role focuses on managing sales documentation, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring adherence to internal procedures. This position is ideal for a highly organized individual with strong analytical and communication skills who thrives in a structured and fast-paced environment.

**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, the Sales Administration Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely management of sales documentation, including contracts, drawings, agreements, and forms.
- Perform administrative tasks such as recording and tracking the sales pipeline, purchase agreements, home and lot inventory, and document filing.
- Review and approve sales documents for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and update sales process workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales team members to ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
- Provide insights on sales trends and document accuracy to support data-driven decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless communication and documentation flow.
- Train team members on best practices for managing sales documents and related processes.
- Monitor compliance with company goals, vision, values, and regulations.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives by ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping for events and campaigns.
**The Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales administration, process management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of document management systems and workflows.
- Experience in the home building, real estate, or construction industries is a strong asset.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, ERP systems, and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and hardworking individual with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
